Has a study been done on Pacific Ocean Temperature rise?

Hot magma is spilling out and is heating the ocean floor, water, and is changing the earth’s climate, notably the jet stream and our weather. How come I haven’t heard about this before in the news? And, if true, why are some politicians just giving mis-information on global warming to further their political gains instead of telling us where it is coming from?
